50 yrd Rimfire Shooter Challenge
« on: December 31, 2012, 06:54:59 pm »
Just looking to have some fun here and to see who our best marksmen are. If you shoot rimfire's, then go for it. You are not limited with rifle: 22lr, 17hm2, 17hmr or the 5mm. We will have 2 categories, Iron & scoped. The rules are outlined below along with a 50 yrd small bore target for print and use. If you don't have a printer grab a Dirty Bird or something simular and have at it. Keep in mind to take a photo or two and upload to Photobucket and repost to this topic under the Target Forum.

 Iron Sight Only:

Shoot 15 shots for the center bull.
Score as follows.
Center Bull 15 points.
Additional rings, scored as numbered accordingly.
Maximum points are 300.

Scoped Only: Max Power of 7

Score as follows.

Please provide rifle and ammo info when you submit your pic.

What makes humans the most dangerous animals? "It's their ability to take prey at long distance."

Didn't have a target with me. Changed ammo with the 22LR. I switched from the yellow jackets to Stingers. Hard to beat the hyper velocity rounds in a bolt.

By the looks of the bottom target....I would say you are right.  Looks like scope issues indeed.

I missed this originally, but I am game to play if anyone is still interested.
